How do I place an order?

  1. Browse our store page and add products to your cart.
  2. Proceed to checkout and enter your details.
  3. Select an appropriate delivery method. Please do not mark your order as urban if you live rurally, this will cause delays.
  4. Choose your payment method and complete your purchase.
  5. You’ll receive an email confirmation with order details.
  6. Receive your products!

How long does shipping take?

Standard Orders: 1-3 business days (typically within 24 hours)

Rural Orders: 1-5 business days

What does shipping cost?

Standard Orders:

  • Under $40 costs $7
  • Between $40-$74 shipping is discounted 25%
  • Shipping over $75 is free (discounted 100%)

Rural Orders

  • Additional charge of $4
  • Discounts apply to surcharge

Do I need an account to shop?

No, you can checkout as a guest, but creating an account allows you to track orders and reorder items more easily.

Can I order prescription pet food or medication online?

Prescription pet food yes. For your medication orders please contact the clinic.

Can I request a product that isn’t listed?

Yes! Let us know what you're looking for, and we’ll see if we can source it for you.

Do you offer bulk or subscription orders?

All products can be purchased on recurring orders at a 10% discount.

Do multiple discounts stack?

No - not on the same invoice item. You can however receive a discount on the delivery and the item itself separately.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently do not support Afterpay through our online store

Can I return or exchange an item?

Generally as long as the product can be returned to us in a re-sellable condition we will be able to accommodate a refund or exchange.

  • Unfortunately, unless your product is faulty we will not be able to refund the delivery charges.
  • Returns or exchanges must be done within 14 days.
  • Additional shipping charges for return or exchange of non-faulty goods may apply.
  • In store return or exchange can be accommodated.
