Takurua Vets partners with Vetcare Finance to provide longer-term payment solutions for significant or unexpected veterinary treatment costs. Vetcare Finance allows approved clients to spread the cost of care over time, helping ensure treatment decisions are not delayed by immediate financial constraints.
All applications are subject to Vetcare Finance approval and terms.
When you choose Vetcare Finance at Takurua Vets, you apply directly through Vetcare’s application process. Once approved, Vetcare Finance pays the clinic on your behalf and you repay Vetcare according to the agreed schedule.
This allows treatment to proceed without needing full upfront payment.
In-clinic, our team can provide a Vetcare Finance QR code that links directly to the application page. This allows you to apply quickly from your phone while you are at reception, reducing delays and paperwork.
To apply for Vetcare Finance, you will generally need:
Photo identification
Proof of income or ability to repay
To meet Vetcare Finance eligibility requirements
Our reception team can guide you through the application process.
Some treatment decisions are too important to be postponed. Vetcare Finance provides a practical option when costs need to be managed over a longer timeframe than short-term instalment services allow.
Approval, interest rates, fees and repayment terms are set by Vetcare Finance and are not controlled by Takurua Vets. For questions about your application or repayments, Vetcare Finance remains the best point of contact.
If your pet needs a more significant treatment plan and you want to understand whether Vetcare Finance may be relevant, our team is happy to help.
