Welcome to Takurua Vets. This video starts outside the clinic where you can see the main entrance and parking. As you come inside, you arrive at our reception area where our team will greet you and check you in for your appointment. From reception we move into one of our consultation rooms, where vets examine your pet and discuss any concerns.
Behind the consult rooms is our preparation area, where patients are prepared for procedures. This flows into our surgery, which is designed to be calm and low-stress with fear-free handling techniques used wherever possible. You’ll also see our ultrasound room and X-ray facilities, which allow us to perform imaging on site.
The video finishes by showing another consult room, our small retail area, the waiting room, and then moving back outside the clinic so you can recognise the building when you arrive.
